These terms govern access to and use of the OvrenLabs website, product marketing pages, and public content. Product trials, subscriptions, enterprise deployments, support, service levels, and data processing terms may be governed by separate product or customer agreements.

2. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, regulatory references, roadmap statements, and marketing copy do not create legal, compliance, procurement, or professional advice.

3. Regulatory Information

OnCompli supports DORA readiness, CSSF 22/806 workflows, evidence management, and related operational processes. Customers remain responsible for legal interpretation, regulatory decisions, final submissions, and review by qualified advisors where needed.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attack the website.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

OvrenLabs, OnCompli, EstateIQ, product names, copy, layouts, graphics, and website materials are owned by OvrenLabs or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or remove website content at any time. Public website availability is not guaranteed and is not a substitute for any product service level agreement.
